Montgomery College is proud to host the 2025 Business Analytics Conference, a dynamic, hands-on event designed to introduce high school students from Montgomery County Public Schools to the fast-growing world of Business Analytics.
Students from Springbrook High School, Montgomery Blair High School, and James Hubert Blake High School will explore how data informs business decisions and discover how they can pursue educational and career paths in this exciting field.

Keynote Speaker
Samantha Popp, Senior Director - Analysis & Reporting, Global Development at Marriott International.
Samantha is the Senior Director of Analysis and Reporting at Marriott International. With over a decade of experience in business development, Samantha leads a team that streamlines global sales data reporting, sets annual sales targets to drive growth, owns the corporate reporting for the company's SEC filings, and directly supports the executive team in preparation for board meetings, earnings calls and interacting with the investor community.
Samantha grew up locally, in Rockville, attended Boston College with a dual concentration in Finance and Management, and later went on to receive her MBA from Georgetown University. She currently lives in DC, loves the Washington Capitals, her monthly book club, Orangetheory, and traveling.
